科室特色：安贞医院心血管疾病患者较多，很多患者在其他医院因心血管疾病无法行白内障等眼部手术而耽误治疗，我院眼科通过与心内科和心外科开展围手术期协作，对一些患有不同程度心脏病乃至心衰的患者成功的进行了白内障手术，取得了良好的疗效。
很多患者因心脏瓣膜病、冠心病、肺心病、大血管病术后需要长期服用抗凝药的特殊情况，我科针对此类患者开展了不停抗凝药的白内障超声乳化手术，成为我科白内障手术的一大特色，使许多以前不便于手术的白内障患者重新获得光明。对此类青光眼患者同样无需停用抗凝药而实施手术。
我科目前开展青光眼与睡眠呼吸暂停的相关研究取得了突出的成果;且正在开展视网膜血管形态与高血压、心脏病、糖尿病等疾病相关性的研究。这些研究均处于国内领先地位。
在糖尿病视网膜病变的研究和治疗领域，眼科一直将科研与实践相结合，我们承担了糖尿病视网膜病变发生机制的相关科研课题，发表了多篇糖尿病视网膜病变和糖尿病黄斑水肿相关的研究论文及著作，并且重视糖尿病视网膜病变的观察、随访和治疗，每年完成糖尿病视网膜病变眼底激光700余例，均取得良好疗效。安贞医院眼科努力以精湛的医术、高尚的医德为患者提供最优质的服务。
We are working on the treatment and prevention of eye disease in elderly patients especially with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Because of valvular heart disease, coronary heart disease, pulmonary heart disease or after some surgery treatment, patients need long-term anticoagulant drugs therapy. Most of the ophthalmologists require the patients to stop taking anticoagulant drugs in order to perform eye surgery which may not feasible for some patients. For these patients, our department can carries out the cataract surgery and glaucoma surgery under the situation of anticoagulant drug.
Our department range from routine eye-care to treatment of complex diseases like cataract, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy. We also offer the latest treatments in cataracts, eye cosmetic surgery, and vitreoretinal surgery, and have a 24-hour emergency room. Our department has many latest eye examination instruments, such as UBM, OCT,HRA FFA. We services range from routine eye-care tests and laser treatment to treatment of the most complex vision and eye-related problems, such as macular degeneration, glaucoma and diabetic eye disorders. We focus on age-related macular degeneration and other retinal vascular diseases. Especially in treatment of diabetic retinopathy, we have a standard processes of diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院眼科和安贞医院一起共同诞生于1984年，是一个集医、教、研于一体的综合性独立科室。作为一支年轻而富有朝气的团队，眼科是医院快速发展的科室之一。我科现有在职医护人员24人(包括医生15人，护士6人，技师3人)，其中博士研究生导师1位，硕士研究生导师1位，主任医师3位，副主任医师4位，主治医师6位，博士7名，硕士4名。
目前眼科每年完成门诊量50000人次左右，实施各类手术3000余例。眼科拥有国际一流的先进设备，包括美国Infiniti白内障超声乳化仪、眼底激光治疗仪、高速玻璃体切割机、眼部超声诊断仪、德国HRA眼底荧光血管造影机、光学相干断层成像仪、动态视野仪、对比敏感仪、超声生物显微镜(UBM)、角膜内皮镜等仪器，可开展白内障、青光眼、玻璃体视网膜等各种复杂眼部手术。
眼科近年从北京协和医院、同仁医院等知名医院引进多名年轻的专业人才，使眼科的诊疗水平和科研能力都有了极大的提高。并且我们注重年轻医师的培训，2012年年轻医生分别赴美国、日本进行短期进修学习，带回国外的先进的诊疗经验及理念。
Department of Ophthalmology is one of the most rapidly development department in Beijing Anzhen hospital. It is a comprehensive department engaged in medical treatment,medical research and medical education. We have 24 staff in our department, including 2 graduate student tutors, 3 chief physicians, 4 associate chief physicians and 6 attending doctors. There are 7 MDs, 4 Masters in the deparment.
We have over 50000 outpatients visit and complete over 3000 cases surgery each year. All of our staff have a common goal: Effort to superb medical skill, noble medical ethics to provide patients with the best quality service, to avoid patients suffered from eye disease. We had bought lot of top equipments in recent years including：Alcon infiniti vision system, Bausch + Lomb Stellaris PC, Heidelberg retina angiograph HRA2 et al, which facilitie us with the high tech surgeries.
我科担任首都医科大学临床医疗系及预防医学系及护理系的眼科教学工作。曾连续两年获得院级优秀教研室称号，多位教师被评为优秀教师称号。
科研方面，我科参与编纂眼科彩色图谱1本，编写眼科专业书籍10本，近3年发表专业论文50余篇，其中SCI论文3篇。目前与心肺血管研究所合作参与国家自然科学基金的临床科研工作。在研课题多项，并参与国家973课题及国家自然科学基金等大型项目的研究。
We are engaged in ophthalmology teaching of Clinical Medicine Department、Preventive Medicine Department and Nursing Department in Capital Medical University. And we were awarded as “Excellent Teaching Department”、“excellent teacher” several times.
Our department participated the complication of several books，published over 50 professional papers and 3 papers was included by SCI. In 2013，we have applied a Ophthalmology Department of Capital Medical University open topic and 3 subjects of “President of An Zhen Hospital Fund”. We also cooperated with Beijing Institute of Heart,Lung and Blood Vessel Disease in a subject of “The National Natural Science Fund”.
